新型コロナウイルス感染症対策としてのマスク着用マナーは、去る３月中旬より個人の判断に委ねられておりますが、今日現在も厚労省及び地元自治体ではその感染症予防措置として「３密の回避」の奨励を継続しております点、又、ホテル利用者にはご高齢の方や、基礎疾患をお持ちの方もおられます事を考慮せざるを得ない点等から、ロビーやエレベーター、その他パブリックスペースでは、引き続きマスクの着用をお願い申し上げるほか、レストランや宴会場でのご会食ご利用に際しましては、これまで同様「マスク会食」の継続にご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

From May 8th, Japan Government has decided to down-grade COVID-19 to “common infectious disease”, and all residences and tourists should not wear face-mask as important social manner as used to be.

But we, KOYO GRAND HOTEL have to keep the same mission and procedures for preventing all guests and hotel stuff from the infection, while some guests / stuff of senior generations, or having underlying health conditions, must stay safe from the infection as serious fatal issue.
